Low-ish voltage from Bosch Regulator 700 1990

Hey all. My 90 740T with a Bosch alternator has been reading a little low on the voltmeter inside the car with the headlights on recently. I have all stock equipment, but with the lights on, voltage drops to 13.8 and with the aux(AC) fan on, the stereo and heater fan off, it drops to 13.6. Seems kind of weak sauce, and I can feel a change in the idle (maybe just increased load) with the headlights on vs. off. Revving the engine does not seem to affect the voltage.
At idle, headlights off, it reads 13.98 which is pretty darn close to the 14V marked on the regulator.

There's no voltage drop across the battery + or - cables or the alternator ground. It's a Bosch regulator, new as of a few years ago. I think I have the 100amp alternator... emphasis on think because there is no label since I had it rebuilt ~10 years ago. Is there any difference between the regulators for an 80Amp and 100Amp alternator?

Cheers
Will
