Loving my new 740!

It is stock. Thinking of one day of removing the balance shaft, boosting the output of the motor.
Anyone seen a site on 16v mods in general? Googled but seen little. There is a bit on conversions from 8v to 16v heads, but not much found on working with a stock 16v NA engine.
