Ford T5 Clutch Question

I am planning on doing the infamous ford T5 swap on my 81 264. I am familiar with most of the swap but curious to know what has been done for the clutch disc. The mustang uses something like a 10.5" disc with a different spine count. My pressure plate accepts an 8.5" disc. What have people done for clutch disc. I'm aware that yoshifab sells a kit, but I'm not wanting to cough up 500$.
