I've been a very happy owner of six Volvo 240s since 1998, and I appreciate its great design! But, is there anything you would have changed if you were part of the team that designed it?

I'll start off with one:

- Transmission overdrive solenoid fail mode. (I would have made its fail mode permanently engage overdrive instead of limit the transmission to three forward gears - maximum approx. 55-60 mph.)
