Can't Open Locked Front Passenger Door On My 93 240?

Any ideas on how to get the door open? It's locked, I can't get the key or the plunger to to budge the locking mechanism. Do I need to destroy the door card not that it's pristine or anything but it's pretty good and no 240's in the yards!
