windshield washer 444-544 1962

I want to get my 1962 PV544's windshield washer working. Electric pump, wiring, tank, tubing, all appear good, but nothing comes out the business end. And on close inspection, what I assume to be the two nozzles, pointing toward the windshield up by the wipers, HAVE NO HOLES IN THEM! (WTF?) Anybody have any advice?
