Bosch .009 Dist for $69 ??? Brand New???

I see these advertized in the VW mags.. New not rebuilt Bosch .009 Dist for $69

Can these be used/adapted to Volvo B20 engines?

How come Bosch distributors for Volvo cost soooo much more?
