B18 rebuild - pistons NLA? 1800 1967

I was planning on rebuilding the B18B engine in my 1800 project car but I have run across a problem. I am told that B18 pistons are no longer avaiable. I'd be happy if I only need to rebore the cylinders 0.30 over and install new oversized B18 pistons.

I don't really want to have to bore the thing all the out to use B20 pistons if just a re-ring job won't do it. (I will just re-ring if the swedish motor gods are kind unto me)

Of course until I pop the head I don't really know how bad the cylinder walls and the old pistions are and then until I tear the engine down I can't be sure of the bore condition.
