Turbo Plus Kit specs ALL

What did the factory Turbo Plus kit consist of on the 740 turbos? Was it just an increase in boost? I have never seen HP ratings for the Plus kit. The 780s had 188 HP vs. the 740 162 HP. Was the Plus kit standard on these cars? Just curious.
