Volvo site- mileage badges 200 1988

I don't frequent the www.volvocars.com site but I did have the mileage badge url bookmarked. At least I did until they redesigned the site. Now I am unable to locate that area where you can sign up for the badges. Can someone help me out and direct to the correct place to sign up on line. Our 88 DL "Stan" ticked over 200,000 this summer and he'd like a new badge.

By the way when my son and I went to a special session at a Pick and Pull this weekend ($35 for all you could carry for 35 feet; witnessed some creative people taking advantage of the challenge) he came up with an older design 100,000 mile badge. I've attached an image below. Anybody know when these were available? He decided to offer it on eBay.
