EXHAUSTING my resources 200 1989

Are there any companies out there that offer less restrictive exhausts besides iPD? Their system looks pretty much like the stock set up minus a resonator. What are you all running? Are the turbo, or 260 set ups less restrictive than the stock 240 set up? Also, is anyone running a modified air box, or an air tube in place of the stock box? I am coming from the world of watercooled VW's and these are some of the mods we used to do, just curious as to what the Volvo people do.
