Driveline noise/vibration 200 78

My 244 78 automatic has started to vibrate heavily at speeds of 20-50 mph while under power. Releasing the accelerator or placing selector in neutral stops the noise and vibration. I've recently replaced motor and transmission mounts, so it must be something else. Any suggestions??
