what should I put in the back for snow traction 200 93

I'm a new brick owner in massachusetts, I have a 93 240 wagon. Today we had our first Noreaster and the back end was slipping a little. Some one said buy bags of ready made cement. Any tips on what to put in the back of my wagon to give me some traction.
