Car stopping suddenly 200 90

Iwas reading Shawns post below about his car stopping suddenly on the roadway. Bummer! I know fuse corrosion, and bad fuel relay can cause this.

What are some of the other issues. What kind of preventive maintenace could drastically cut the chances of ones car quitting suddenly.

None of my cars(3 240s, 1 740) have ever quit suddenly, but one never knows, do one?
