Bad oil leak 700 90

QUESTION:

What ELSE can cause a profuse oil leak from the rear main?

I cleared the brass vacuum fitting on the intake manifold ---

Oil leak stopped.

The leaking had been pretty bad, so, I also put on a NEW flametrap oil breather box + "y" hose + plastic "screen" + new seal on the oil filler cap + new o-ring on the dipstick. I cleaned the little brass vacuum fitting, changed the oil & oil filter. No leak. Engine running smooth. Passed CA smog check.

Four weeks later the

massive main seal oil leak has returned!!!

Brass vacuum fitting is clear.

(Dealer installed main seal is only two years old).

Any help would be appreciated. I don't have any other ideas.
