Running Rich - Check Engine Light ON 200 1989

I haven't been here is a while. I thought we cured the problem.

Car is still running rich. Setting a code for "computer compensating for extremely rich or lean mixture". Opened up computer and same piece is burning out.

1989 242. Checked and cleaned all grounds. Checked for feed back w/key on and w/key off between motor and battery/motor and body/ battery and body.

All sensors have been changed. Fuel pressure reg new. Mass Air replaced. All connections have been cleaned.

What's next? New wiring harness?
