cheapest online place for a fuel pump? 200 82

my 82 starts and runs for a few seconds and then the idle goes up and down at very low and weak rpms and then sputters out regardless of how much fuel is in the tank. the car ran fine before, the main pump has been making a funny noise, not really a loud whine like you see posted on the brick. so if this sounds like the main pump or in tank where is the cheapest place to find one for this beater 240.
