A question for the seasoned volvo enthusiast 140-160

Here's a question for the seasoned volvo enthusiast. Is the Volvo Penta (marine engine) Type AQ130 just a B20? What year may it have been made? And is there any special thing that distinguishes it from the land lubbin' B20?
