Front wheel alinement 700 1990

In preparation for an upcoming trip I decided to bring my volvo on for an alinement to remedy pulling to the right. When I went to pick up the car (Firestone) they said that they can't adjust the caster. Is this true, I looked in the FAQ but didn't see anything relating to this. I get a 6 mos warranty should I bring it to another Firestone and see what they say. The technician also noted that the Left strut was bent?? How could that be?
