Front rotors 700 1985

Is the 88-newer 2 piece rotors a direct replacement for the 1 piece rotors that came on mine? I am upgrading wheels/tires and am pretty sure my rotors are currently warped. Would like to replace them with the two piece units. Mine does not have ABS.

Also will 850 wheels fit with 205-45/16's?
