I just did the Phase one cam install and upon buttoning all back together my friend (ex volvo mech) noticed that the pin for the harmonic balancer was missing. We fabricated a new one to fit. Installed balancer and it wobbled. I'm going to take it to a machine shop tomorrow to check that it is the balancer before the great expense for a new one. Can I get away with it wobbleing or should I get a new one. My intinct says yes replace it. Just need some reassurance. It's been running fine since. The crank seal isn't leaking. Thanks. Where should I get a new one cheap - I'll call brentwood volvo in the morning since they have good prices.
