16 Valve-Keep or Sell? 700 90

I've had a this car for two years. It had 90k when I bought it and figured it would go another 100k with no problem. In that time, I've replaced the power steering rack, myriad electrical switches, bushings and spent several thousands on these repairs. My odometer is broken, my A/C switch is stuck in on and I need to repair some gaskets for at least another 1000. Is this typical?? Do I pitch it before anything else fails?? Help!
