B21FTi What is the HP from factory? 200 1983

When my 1983 245Ti rolled out of the factory in Sweden what was the rating for max horse power and torque? I have heard 127bhp and 162bhp, which one?

Without going to extremes like the Turbobrick page suggests, what are some easy mods that can be done to increase the hp number? wires? exhaust? Amsoil air filter? K&N?
