Transmission shifts late 700 1990

I have a 1990 740 Turbo with 106K miles and in the last month or so it has started shifting hard and seems to stay in second gear too long before shifting into third and there is also a delay between third and OD. Once in gear it doesn't seem to slip and the problem gets worse when the temperature goes up. If I let off the gas just a little the tranny will shift, but hte shifting pattern is definitely not right. I recently had the tranny flushed and it helped for a little while but now is getting worse. Any ideas?
