Fuel pump relay jumper pins?? 700 1987

Anyone know which pins need to be "jumpered" at the fuse block to test the fuel pump? I cannot get my '87 744T to start. fuel lines are dry, 3/4 tank of fuel, and no buzz from the fuel pump. the voltmeter shows .6v when the key is turned on and engine cranked.
