AC-Heater blower motor-slight short cut 200 84

Did one this weekend---not the first by a long shot. Kind of went by the book, with some short cuts.

Did not remove the dash side vents, but did DC the the 2 rubber tits from the slot holders. Pulled out the duct work from the side outlets and pushed the entire works to the side. The remainder I did in the standard fashion, which was rather fast. Had to grind down the shaft in order to remove the impellers. Purchased a Dremel shaping tool for cutting off the motor mounting studs (plastic).

Rather than remove the vaccuum tank in order to get the ground wire out, I cut the ground wire from the motor long and grafted (butt connector) onto the new ground. Checked the old ground with meter to be sure it was ok. On the hot side I used the butt connector bit again so there was no wire pulling anywhere.

Works perfectly, but wouldnt want to do this for a living.
