Fuel pressure regulator 700 1986

Hi fellows !

I have sometimes rough idle.

Sometimes idle is swinging up and down

around 900 +/- 100 rpm.

I guess it is the fuel pressure regulator.

Can that be cleaned and how or

is it better to replace it ?

Sorry for my dummy question and ideas
