In the next week or so I'm planning on replacing the A/C hose that goes from the compressor to the front of the radiator. The bend in the metal part of the hose (near the compressor) broke when the busings from the power steering pump gave way. The hose has been broken for a few years now, exposing the system to outside air and moisture. I'm wondering if this may have damaged the compressor or drier? Also, should I use a little teflon tape on the hose connections to get a good seal. Thanks for any help. Hopefully cool this summer, Brad
