Got CD player installed, how to get rest of speakers working?? 700 1989

I became sick of trying to get the stock radio code for my car, so instead I went and paid $150 and had a JVC CD player installed. One problem, the built in amplifier caused some wiring problems for the guy. He could only get the deck speakers working, not the ones in the doors! Does anyone have any idea how to wire this up? Thanks for the input.
