Front end grimlins 700 84

Mostly happy owner of 84 760T 4-cyl. gas job. Have funky front end vibe when braking "sometimes". New rotors, ball joints, struts, and upper left strut support bearing. All bushings appear ok. No obvious signs of looseness. Tie rod ends tight, but not yet replaced. Also have slight shimmy at 52-65ish mph. New tires and balance job. When slowing to a stop on occasion, a loping can be felt, as though a rotor was warped.

Any suggestions welcome. HELP !!!
