Blue smoke after downhill...Why? 200 82

I live in the SF Bay Area hills and I notice blue smoke coming out of my exhaust when taking turns while driving down hills.

It has an aftermarket IPD intercooler on it, with boost set at 10psi.

I just replaced my turbo and don't feel any lack of power.

What's going on?
