my oil gauge is going nuts 200 82

It just started about a week ago, but when I am not on the gas or at high rpm, my oil gauge tweeks back and forth.

It is the one that only goes to 3 but it shakes back and forth from 1-3 really fast.

What can I do? It's annoying.
