Air Conditioning 200 86

We live in Las Vegas and our 1986 Vovlo 240 DL's air conditioning does not perform adequately to cool off the vehicle in the summer. Any suggestions or aftermarket products that may help?

It would be a shame to have to sell the vehicle just because of air conditioning problems.
