No start

After some short trips my ´86 760 Turbo (B230FT) crancks but won´t start. I wait a few minutes and then it starts up o.k. I´ve been reading the FAQ and i think it might be the engine coolant sensor that is giving me a hard time (what do you guys think), but, if i have to get a new one, does anybody know the part number for it. Also, is it a Bosch sensor and if so, do you know the Bosch number for it.
