Oil Separator 200 92

Hello All, I am going to attempt to clean out my throttle body and intake manifold sometime soon on my B230F. I also would like to check and/or replace the oil separator, for I believe it is completely blocked. My flame trap is brand new, all the hoses are new, yet I fail the "jiggle" test and I'm losing oil via a rear main seal leak (i'm assuming due to the clogged oil separator). How hard of a job am i looking at in removing the intake manifold to replace the oil separator? It looks like a lot of "stuff" I'll be moving if I atttempt this. Should a rookie such as I try this, or should I just pay the dealership to replace it? BTW, how much should it cost to have the dealership replace my oil separator?

Thanks in advance for tolerating a newbie's questions.

Seth
