Which synthetic for manual trans on 88 240 dl with 5 spd 200 1988

I would like to change the manual transmission fluid in my 88 240 dl with the 5spd transmission. I want to use synthtic fluid but our local parts stores (pep boys and track auto) oly have Mobil 1 synthetic ATF. I don't see anything on the bottle that says type F or G. Anyone know if this will work? Thanks
