airflow meter and oxygen sensor 200 90

I have read the codes out of the ECU and they indicate a fault from the Oxygen sensor and airflow meter. The car runs OK, but surges under idle and will stumble intermittently when running ( at cruising speed ).

The resistance of the airflow meter is with limits ( system is 2.4 ).

Could this problem be cause by a faulty oxygen sensor? Any other ideas?
