Headlight bracket removal 200 87

Hello bricksters-

I found a nice PS headlight bracket at the pick-n-pull today. The headlight had already been removed and to my suprise, the bracket had not been ripped to pieces. The 4 retaining bolts are rusted and spin in the bracket though. How do I get these out? My idea is to take a cordless drill down tommorow and drill them out. Incidentally, I got a great map pocket, rear hatch power lock, rear hatch dome switch, window crank, and a PVC hose for $10. SCORE!!! Thanks for any suggestions!
