I just bought an 89 244 with 111,300 miles. The only thing that doesn't work now is the A/C. What do you experts recommend replacing as I recharge the system. Expansion valve, o-rings etc....

What would be the most economical way of finding out if the system has a leak and/or needs new components? Thanks for your replies.
