What to look for in used 740 Turbo 700 1987

I saw a nice used 740 Turbo with 220k miles that a mechanic will sell as a lien. The clutch was replaced $1,200 and supposedly everything else is ok with the car. I only saw a damaged right rear fender (it was minor and looked like the car rubbed too close to a wall). What's a fair price to pay and what should I look out for with this model? I really don't want a turbo because I hear they're extra work and expenses, but if the price is right, I might go for it.
