Rebuild calipers when doing brakes? 200 1988

I have the vented rotors in front and I am replacing them (worn down under specs) and the pads. Should I also install rebuilt calipers while I'm at it? '88 245 with 114K; got a local price of $55 each for rebuilts including installed pads. Thanks.
