Back-up lights not working. 200 1991

Hello.

I'm trying to get the backup lights working on my 200. (just got it)

I've checked the fuse, bulbs, and have looked for the switch in the

shifter.. (it's an automatic) but can only see what looks like the shift lock and the switch that allows starting in park or neutral only. Where is that dang back-up light switch? Thanks!
