Strut tower bolts 200 89

There have been posts on loose front ends. One of the suggestions was that the three bolts on the strut tower might be loose. I'm not sure what I'm hearing but I thouht I'd check that since the bushings are new and at the time The ball joints were feeling fine. Would there be signs of scratched paint in that area if there was movement? I guess the best way to check this would be to crack them loose and retorque them??

Any suggestions would be helpful.
