buying a '71 145 ALL

Hi.

I'm considering a 1971 145. It is advertised as having a good interior and 40K original miles. The body is said to be heavily rusted. Asking price is $500.

I've requested pictures. What particular weaknesses should I be aware of? I'm looking for a project car, but my skill level is experienced DIY'er only.
