I just bought my touch up paint today. As you've mentioned the lowset number is 19 - black. Although the plate on the car list it as 19-1 I figured that since it's basic black I'm not going to worry about the -1 part.

So I don't know what the - # is, I didn't ask and I'm not sure if it matters.???
