Yes and yes.

I'm interested in upgrading my non-IC '82 by transplanting the intercooler from an '84. Steve Seekins can provide a photocopy of the original installation literature and owner's manual for the Volvo upgrade kit. He asks $5 for postage. Last week he explained to me that the spring tension in my existing (non-IC) wastegate actuator has a different spring constant than the actuator used in the intercooled version.

So when I go scrounging, I should not forget the IC actuator. Nor should you.
