Max stock boost (spec) without the I/C for the B21FT is 6.5psi. With the I/C kit installed, the boost is set to 8.0 psi. The rpm relay and the IBS control valve allow some of the sensing pressure to be bled off above 3750 rpm so that the waste gate 'sees' a lower pressure and allows further increase. The amount of the boost is 2.5 psi. Within the normal range of control of the system, this additional boost sould be pretty linear - i.e., if you raise the 'set' pressure to 10psi from 8psi, then the resulting pressure above 3750 rpm will be about 12.5 vice the previous 10.5.
