If you are experiencing rubing with the 195s, then you likley have a suspension problem. I would carefully inspect the rear bushings using a large pry bar. I expect that the trail arm bushings, torque rod bushings, and panhard (track) rod bushings need replacment. You might also have a problem with the panhard rod - these are not adjustable, but probably should be.
I regularly use 205/60-15 tires on all the 200s with no problem and in the past have run up to 215/60-15 with only a slight rub on one side. Try putting the car on a lift that uses tracks for the wheels (not a frame lift). With your normal trunk load in the car, look at the clearances on the right and let side. if there is more than 1/4" difference, consider having your track rod modified to correct the problem and center the rear suspension (assuming that the bushings are all in top condition).
