Rear Deck Replacement Speakers 900 93

My 93 940 has the CR-814 cassette-radio and speakers in the front doors, dashboard and the rear deck. The rear deck speakers are blown. I have to set the fader to the front if there is even a hint of bass.

I am looking for suggestions of what they should be replaced with, and how much I should spend. Why did they blow?

On a separate note, is there an aftermarket CD changer compatible with this radio?
