Power Windows won't close...... 700 1984

I have a '84 Volvo 760 Turbo. Recently, the windows would not close. Everything else that is power in the car works fine. The power windows just won't close. I have to turn off the ignition then start up the car again then the windows work. Does anyone know what's wrong with the windows? Please help.
